We schedule a time to visit your property — usually within a week or two of your request. We walk the site together, talk through your goals, and answer questions. Afterward, we put together a detailed design and estimate. The whole thing is free, and there's no pressure to move forward.
For hardscape and landscape installation projects, booking 4–8 weeks before your desired start date is ideal during the busy season (April–October). Snow and ice management contracts are typically set up in late summer or fall for the upcoming winter. Contact us anytime — we'll be honest about our availability.
Yes — we typically require a deposit to hold your spot on the schedule and to order materials. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be clearly outlined in your contract before any work begins.
